Excellent book for plane collectors. Too bad it is out of publication. Used books are available and are pricey!

It's a shame this book is out of print and used copies are so expensive, because it's full of unique and useful material for woodworkers, tool collectors and historians, and even planemakers.

If you have the first edition; then the later one is so much better with great line illustrations and a highly enhanced text.
