As consumers how are we to know when a seller tells us that their product is made of a certain material? Shoppers are learning that when a furniture manufacture says real wood that can easily mean that what was used to grind the sawdust for so-called MDF product originated from a tree. And who hasn’t bought a stainless steel item for their kitchen only to find out the fact that they only mean it only looks like stainless steel? And most famous of all is the word leather which these days almost always means a manmade product made of ground up recycled leather with such names as pleather or “bonded”. I’ve been learning that 100% cotton doesn’t mean that it is completely made of fibers from a cotton bush and nothing else, even though we are asked to pay a king’s ransom for some brands of sheets.To me these feel nice but maybe a little too smooth and shiny compared to what I grew up with or what some of the better hotels use as all-cotton sheets. I like my sheets to feel like cloth, which means they have at least some weave texture. These are really good and I can see why they are so popular and I have to weigh the price, which though higher than most people will ever spend on a sheet is still far lower than a similar sheet will cost is a department store or even at the membership club.Regarding the weight of the sheets, what is also described as the thickness, these are both heavy and thick. One easy way to compare brands is just look at the product weight in the description, these are a full pound heavier than another best selling brand of cotton sheets. And that’s not due to how they are wrapped-up, this company uses minimalistic materials and no wasteful plastic bag that will be thrown out anyway and not be biodegradable. Maybe they do go a little overboard patting themselves on the back how responsible they are but it seems they do walk the talk.I can’t write a fair review without mentioning the question of wrinkles. The simple short answer is if you dislike wrinkles so much you shouldn’t be considering all-cotton sheets, a truly non-wrinkle cotton sheet simply does not exist. And if you insist on buying these please don’t write about how you don’t like that they wrinkle – the seller describes that very clearly in their information column that these WILL wrinkle and the best you can do is remove them immediately from the dryer and if it really bothers you spend an hour ironing them. I’m not going to do that, I don’t care if my sheets look a little lived in, I’m not sure I could sleep if they were perfectly smooth and I had to worry about messing them up. I can put up with some wrinkling, that’s why I buy cotton sheets.There are some things I can’t live (okay sleep) with and one of them is when my fitted sheet pulls out and by morning it’s wrapped all over me. These have a stronger than average elastic band that runs all the way around the bottom sheet and tucks deeply under the mattress. No matter how active I am in bed they haven’t pulled out yet. I also like that the top sheet is long from head to foot so it too can be tucked in deep. A short sheet is one of the first signs of a cheap sheet.At the price I think I would prefer that the pillowcases have that envelope flap that tucks in to cover the end of the pillow. It’s not a big deal to me but it’s what I’m used to.When I decided to give up sheets made of plastic materials and look for all cotton ones I didn’t realize how difficult that process would be. When I decided on these they had the most reviews by far, mostly positive. I add mine to that because I think they are worth it.

This is the 4th of 5th pair I’ve ordered in different designs. Sheets are very durable, deep pockets so you don’t have to worry about them coming up even with my 2 dogs jumping up and down, scratching and playing in bedS never have they torn or ripped. They are very comfortable and well made. Can’t go wrong with these. I have multiple sets of their 400, 500 and 600 thread count sets. All are great. The higher you go up the thicker the sheet is, all have their own unique feel depending on your preference. I personally like them all and will continue to buy all my sheets from California design den. Great company. Have never had a problem and I’ve been ordering for me, family and friends for the past 3-5 years. Highly recommend!!!

These got better with each washing. There is a tap that says, "Foot" or "Top" which saves trying the sheet on the bed only to find you have to turn it to the right position. I was skeptical of them because they don't have polyester to increase wrinkle free, but these come out almost wrinkle free. I use them in our B&B so they've had quite a few washings and hold up very well. I like the weight of them, but think that if you are used to poly they are a bit heavier. I believe it takes a lot of water to make cotton; if this was the case then I'm guilty of not doing the best thing for the environment and fault myself for that.

Love these sheets. The color is perfect and the softness is amazing. Followed directions so washed before first use and they have been wonderful. If was really warm the first week we used them and they have a cooling feel to them so that was an unexpected bonus. Yes they 100% cotton so if you do not remove immediately from the dryer there are some wrinkles. However once they were put on the bed for a few hours I no longer noticed them. I will be purchasing again. Price is right in line for 100% cotton sheets, I have paid a lot more for sheets of lesser quality. It's been a challenge to find great sheets for a split king bed and these are perfect. Totally agree they are soft and crisp sheets as the description says.

I have been through many sheet sets trying to find sheets that actually do not make me sleep hot. I have tried bamboo, microfiber, poly-fiber all claiming to be cooling sheets for hot sleepers but they never are. Stick with cotton people! They are the most breathable! These sheets are great, don't sleep hot, they are breathable, soft, and are not super big around my bed. I have a Cal King pillowtop bed and other sheets have also looked like a shower cap on my mattress because they were so big, these fit just right. Will probably by another set or two when my colors come in stock.

These are a pretty color and have a nice texture. Not slick but soft, smooth, and crisp. We’ve been looking for something to replace our favorite “Egyptian cotton” sheets and these were close to that texture. They also had a great depth that fit over our mattress and foam topper. Another fun feature is the little tag that marks the top/bottom and sides.Negatives:They got a small rip after just 2-3 weeks.If you want wrinkle free, these are not for you. I don’t mind. I thought all the reviews about wrinkles were funny but these are super wrinkley after you sleep on them.

Finding good sheets for my bed is difficult, my husband sleeps cold I'm a hot sleeper. I love sheets that keep me cooler, he wants them to warm him up. We've bounced from 200ct sheets (that don't last) to 1000ct sheets that do, but boy do I sweat! These at 600ct are very soft but they keep him warm enough and also keep me from sweating.The craftmanship is excellent, very well made! And generous sizing also. A good selection of colors too. I will definitely come back when I need more.

These are nice sheets. Comfortable, but watch the colour you order. They were supposed to be. Soft pink but are actually a bright bubblegum pink. I kept them because it doesn’t really matter

First review:I typically purchase expensive, high thread count sheets, but I needed a set to fit a new mattress quick and Amazon always delivers when you need an item fast. Based on the reviews, I was assuming that these would be okay and would end up being an occasional set. Honestly, they are fantastic. I wouldn't have guessed that they are 600 thread count. They are comfortable and don't seem to wrinkle easily (not something I'm overly concerned about, but a bonus). For the price, I would purchase these again. I've spent much more on sheets that provided similar quality to these.Second review:I purchased two more sets of these sheets in another colour because I liked my first set so much. The two I received this time around are not the same quality as the ones I purchased originally. The smell off of the is awful! Will be returning for sure. I see where the bad reviews are coming from now.

The fitted sheet was surprisingly better than pictured.
