Had helped!
This product is a 10/10… I use to suffer with not being able to use the bathroom. I started taking this in January and as soon as I take them I drink plenty of water and my stool has been soft allowing me to use the restroom more frequently. I’m grateful.

Serving size says take 2, just take 1, it works.
Definitely works! It says take 2, please…just take one. I had no idea this container is soooooo big. I ordered 3 at the same time. Don’t know what I was thinking.

Yuck! Taste gross! But Effective if you are Magnesium Deficient!
These taste completely and utterly disgusting. The exact taste of them is that of Berry-flavored Tums, just in a gummy form. Same exact flavoring 100%! The gummies themselves are good (as in effective), especially if you are magnesium deficient and suffer from side-effects of it such as poor sleep or constipation. That is why I take the supplements because they help with both of those for me. I will continue taking them, but may switch to another brand due to taste, but if you are worried about effectiveness alone, know that these do in fact work!

New version sticky, not as tasty..
A few months ago, I would've given this 10 stars. Someone else mentioned a recent change, and I have too. They don't taste as good, but for me, they are FAR more chewier and stick to my teeth (ESPECIALLY where I've had dental work done). I know a majority of gummy supplements are like this, that's one of the main reasons I LOVED this brand's magnesium gummies. I've noticed the total sugar count has decreased from 6mg to 5mg per serving. If the sugar content was far lower, I might understand the change more, but not for just 1mg. Obviously, there must've been other reasons for the change, especially since others have noticed they aren't as pleasant tasting. The previous ones were soft, very easy to chew, and actually tasted great. I feel the previous version helped me better (digestive and otherwise), but that may be due to the fact that I'm not so quick to grab and take these as routinely as I did the previous formula. I wish they'd go back, but that will only likely happen if their sales decrease. I wish I had an older bottle to see exactly what was changed in the ingredient list. And just to note, I see photos of both kinds in the product reviews. The original ones were shorter and thicker, the newer ones are a bit taller, and thinner. I've had these on subscription for quite some time, but will likely cancel that (my biggest issue is the sticking to my teeth and dental work- makes chewing them SO unpleasant). That could just be me though.
