Enzymedica Lypo Gold
This company develops supplements designed to support people with digestive and gut health issues. I have tried several of their products over the years, and in my experience, their formulas generally deliver as promised, depending on individual health needs. Good quality- no more nausea!
I love this because there is no other additives to the supplement. I used to wake up with slight nausea if I had dairy the day before, but now I don't! I take one capsule before any dairy intake, 2 if the meal is super dairy heavy (think creamed soups or cheesy potatoes). I'm very grateful to not be waking up at 5am due to nausea!

This works well and is good for your stomach. I much prefer these than Tums. I use other enzymedica products and find them to excellent.

I ordered these pills because I am allergic to casein in dairy and have become very lactose and sensitive. Yes I know. I should not be having any dairy whatsoever since I am allergic to Casein in it in it, but I am having a very hard time giving up my cheddar cheese. I mean, come on who can eat a taco without cheese??? So when I eat cheese, I become very bloated and end up getting stuck in the bathroom if you know what I mean. I ordered these pills and I take a pill as soon as I know I’m about to eat anything that has some cheese in it and I have not been getting bloated or having the need to use the restroom when I take this pill with the dairy. Hopefully this review helps you.

Saw this at Sprouts and found it here for less money. I carry this in my purse it’s a must. Works well, although depending on how much dairy I consume, I may take more than 1.

Best fat digestive enzyme and starts working in the stomach even before reaching small intestine.
For me this is much better than all the pharma and non-pharma fat digestion options I have tried.
