Vite Brain Bar - Nootropic Brain Support Snack bar for Brain Health and Mental Performance - 12 x 50G (Dark Choc & Nut)

I am skeptical of any 'brain health' products but I snack on bars with simple ingredients (i.e. nakd bar, larabar, rxbar, etc.). This product is mostly dates, cashews, a bunch of vitamins + steviol sweetener. So overall, they use some pretty good ingredients. These vite bars also include caffeine + l-theanine (which is a common supplement combination sold as a brain/cognitive enhancer).The flavor profile for the dart chocolate + nuts is surprisingly good for these types of health-bars. I'm used to the dry tasting larabar or nakd bar. These vite bars taste like brownies and it's as filling as other rxbars & meal replacement bars.I drank coffee right after eating this bar and it certainly led to a more productive hour but I recommend this with or without the 'nootropic' sales pitch. These vite bars use reliable ingredients and would appeal to any health conscious buyers.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, similar to that chocolate protein bar type taste ur typically gonna get so perhaps some tweaking of flavours needed to make them more chocolatey but that’s my sweet tooth preference. The other flavour ginger and apple I think ? Is nice as well for an alteration, ive ordered the chocolate one again though for my 3rd round with the bars which I acc do prefer over the shakes, less of a “come up” /hit so to speak. Smoother. Gradual. Nice Vite! - just a final reminder- VITE Sent me the wrong item, and I am furious. I’ve eaten one now and can’t return it. I would like a replacement Vite.

Really good ingredients and I really wanted to like these. Sadly I found the aftertaste just too overpowering. They made my mouth feel numb and left a dry taste in my mouth.

Taste is really bad. Absolutely not worth it this money.

I've been trying these supplement bars for a week now, and they work for me! Especially after lunch they help me stay focused for the rest of the afternoon. You do have to be careful not to have a cup of coffee at the same time, as I found the effect to be too strong then. The bars are tasty, but have a slightly salty taste.

Horrible taste

My husband took a bite of one of these first and I giggled as his face contorted with disgust and nearly tripping over his own two feet running to the kitchen bin, urgently spitting out his mouth full. He looked at me eyes watering, face in a grimace, desperately pleading for a glass of water, I obliged, still tittering at his dramatics. I then decided to take a bite myself to prove to my husband that he’s a big baby, after all how bad could it be? REALLY, REALLY BAD... that’s how! As I chomped down it took the best part of 3 seconds for regret to flood my veins. I too ran to the bin as fast as my legs could carry me, once I’d emptied my mouth of this foul thing, I downed my coffee trying to rid myself of the appalling taste left behind. That after taste was with us for a good half hour after that, I have genuinely never tasted anything like it, it didn’t even resemble any taste I’ve ever tasted to try and explain. My husband and are not picky eaters in the slightest by the way and I hate waste so will eat things to use them up even if I’m not overly keen but this.. STRAIGHT IN THE BIN. I mean it’s all personal taste of course but I advise approaching with caution! Gave us both a giggle though!

The absolute worst tasting bar ever, I am in to my health & health foods, I understand the whole principle of food & the transit of same through the digestive tract.These bars need flavouring, I will probably finish the remainder of them but I will mix with a different bar that has taste & flavour to remove the awful taste of this bar.
