I use this product as part of my dogs cancer support, so I cannot speak as to the taste of it, etc. But this one of very few turkey tail mushroom products that meet the standards I need to be effective. A lot of brands out there have too many fillers, and this one does not. It is organic and full spectrum, and perfect for what I need it for. They are a little more expensive than others out there, but you get what you pay for. I am happy to pay a little extra for something that is what I actually want/need and not a bunch of grain fillers. I always get them shipped in a timely manner, which has been another issue from other companies in the past. Will continue using these!!!!

My pup is my science project, I've been experimenting with various herbal supplements for her recently to see which ones I will keep her on long term. She's always been super healthy and is 4 years old, but has ongoing inflammation in the lymph nodes only in her hind legs (weirdly). I'm thinking it's because she was born with a recessed vulva and has had recurring UTIs, which I've been keeping at bay with cranberry supplements and daily cleaning (maybe the localized irritation has been inflaming her lymph nodes?). I've been taking mushroom supplements myself for some time now and looked into getting the same for her. I did alot of researching on Amazon and was somewhat unimpressed with the ones specifically marketed for dogs, as most of them seem to only use mycellium! Despite the good reviews on many of them, I continued to search and stumbled upon the Bushido turkey tail supplement and was actually super impressed with how transparent the company seems to be about their products (vegan, organic, no GMOs, no pesticides, grown and made in the US) AND they use the fruiting bodies as well as mycellium, primordia, and spores! I'm extremely particular about my own supplements so I wouldn't give my dog anything I wouldn't consume myself. I know these are marketed as human supplements but I saw a bunch of reviews from people using it for their own dogs too. Mushrooms are amazing for immune support so I'm hoping it will help boost my pup's ability to keep her irritations under control. In tandem I am also giving her a liquid herbal extract specifically for blood and lymph health (from a different company). I already made up my mind that I'm going to keep her on these as a regular/long-term supplement, and I'm actually going to start taking this product myself once I run out of my current mushroom supplement lol.

I tried a different, multi-mushroom capsule. It seemed to have an effect, but the effect was weak. I suspect that was due to the amount of filler in it. These seem to be very effective, though I have been taking them a very short time. One curious effect is that I am having tremendous BMs. Seriously, textbook perfect BMs. I am a vegan and that is usually not a problem, but they got better. I never heard of that as a benefit of Trametes versicolor, but it's definitely changed since I started taking them. I also sleep better and heal faster. I have a rare skin disorder that is genetic, but I have noticed an improvement in that since I started taking these. Since treatment for the disorder is generally topical antibiotics and steroids, I can understand why an immune booster could have a positive effect. This is with me discontinuing the use of topical applications of anything.

I bought this product a few months ago for my sister that was showing signs of cancer. She lives in another state but I have readAbout Turkey Tail so I order some for her and she took the whole bottle meanwhile makig all these trips to the doctor, finally the doctor told her they saw a mass in her stomach, they did surgery took a part of her stomach but she was still taking the turkey tail.They still wanted to do another surgery so they ordered a Pep scan and they wanted to stage her, but it was such a small amount they did not give her a stage. They then send all her information to the Mayo Clinic for a second opinion they said why are you wanting to do the surgery? Just put her on the chemo pills . First I give God all the Glory but we know he use the Turkey Tail for her healing. I highly recommend this product. I will be ordering some for myself.

I like how it is easy to swallow, has a neutral flavor and is a good value for the dollar. My first capsule gave me nausea, even though I drank water with it. Since then, I have taken it with a meal and no longer get nausea. I experimented with one capsule a day initially, but am now up to two capsules. Eventually, I may take the regular daily dose of three capsules a day. I read about turkey tail mushroom on Google and was impressed with all the positive health benefits, especially being a cancer fighter. I currently have a lesion on my prostate and an elevated PSA of 5.4. I had an ultrasound prostate biopsy on 8/17/21. Awaiting the pathology report. I notice that this supplement helps me sleep better and has seemed to improve my memory. I highly recommend it.

THE ISSUE AND CONDITION OF MY DOG:I had researched for a while what I could do for my doberman as she no longer had energy and was looking like she was getting weak. I cam across turkey tail and after looking into it this brand is one of the top sellers for turkey tail, I gave it to my dobbie and I started to notice a difference withIn just a few days. I will not lie on this because I know that others love their dog just as much as I do.Try it out, it really helped as we couldnt get her into the vet for a few weeks. After a few weeks we were told she has an ENLARGED HEART AND POSSIBLY CANCER (although i question the cancer part a little as she hasnt lost weight and is eating like a beast!) and that meds could help her to feel better, we were given METACAM (and although I plan on switching her to another medication; metacam is very dangerous for prolonged use = can lead to death) those two combined HAVE REVIVED MY DOG, I CAN NOT BE ANYMORE THANKFUL. MAKE SURE YOU LOOK UP WHATS BEST FOR YOUR DOG BUT DO NOT GIVE UP, IT IS POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE THE WELLBEING OF YOUR DOG EVEN ON A TIGHT BUDGET.here is ROUGHLY THE INFORMATION I KNOW ON THE ALTERNATIVES if your dog has cancer, or is looking unlike themselves:-Radiotheraphy and chemotherapy have not really proven to significantly prolong the life of your pet-invasive procedures may not be the best fit if your pal is getting old, and procedures do not guarantee your pet will make it.-Turkey tail is really the only treatment that has consistently been shown to improve your dogs immune system and allow them to live longer. It sounds wack, but it really proved itself worthy with my dobbie.HOW I GIVE IT TO MY DOG:1 pill a day, although I have seen reviews of others saying they use one in the morning and one at night time. Try to see what will work best for your baby.Another thing, that is also important is that you surrond your doggie with good vibes, let them feel that you are there for them and happy to see them with you, it makes them feel a lot better than you think! Turkey tail has been a big part of my life and this product is a good option. While I prefer powder over capsule, this would be in my top 3 for capsule. Good quality, affordable price.

I needed to find a supplement that had just turkey tail in it, and came across this brand. It was exactly what I was looking for! The pills are tasteless, for those wondering, and they are actually on the smaller end, so makes for easier consumption! Shipping was fast too
