Mirta De Perales Herbal Fresh Shampoo for All Hair Types 8 Oz (Pack of 3)

I have been buying Mirta de Perales shampoo for a few years becaude the scent is similar to the original Herbal Essence shampoo from the 1970s. I read a few reviews from people who said it did not smell like Herbal Essence and I was surprised by that since it did to me. But this batch does not. Maybe that is the thing, some batches do and some don't. I wish I hadn't purchased three this time, since it is the scent I was seeking. This is not a reflection on the seller, though. The shampoo was very well wrapped and arrived earlier than promised.

Absolutely does not have the same fragrance as Clairol Herbal Essence of the 1970's. I was a bi-weekly user and this in no way smells the same or even similar. Yeah, I know it was a long time ago, but the fragrance of the 70's Clairol Herbal was so wonderful to make you always remember it. The only reason I bought this Mirta is because folks said it smelled like it. I never even used the bottles I got, it was such a disappointment that it was not what I wanted that I gave them away.

This company use to be very close in smell from the original herbal essence. The 3 pack I purchased was a ripoff, they definitely changed there formula, totally disappointed.

This is a great shampoo especially if you are loosing hair..Great product and the amazon service is great!!

This is just like the Clairol Herbal Essance I used in the '70's.😁

I too bought this shampoo to experience that haunting fragrance of Clairol's Herbal Essence of the 70's and also 80's. The first two bottles were quite close to Clairol's but the repeat order certainly had a mix. I can bet they reduced the formula and I think they are running out of the original formula and mixing it with others. Otherwise I don't have any complaints. At least it did not damage my hair.
