Ok, so like the other reviews said, this fan is great! The noise level has reduced tremendously and it didn't sound like a jet plane taking off in my room! My original PS4 fan is a first generation and god, it was so horrible for the past 3 years but it got to the point where I needed to swap it out LOL. I was scared disassembling my console but it was an easy fix! Sadly as I played, my console remained loud, again, the fan did help! I still hear it while gaming but at least the noise doesn't go beyond my room now.

I broke the fan connector so i bought this to replace the whole fan and got me some new thermal paste to replace the rock hard old thermal paste on the ps4 and it now works great not heat or loud fan if u buy this and say its loud its because you didnt clean everything properly i found clumps of dust

I ordered a replacement from another seller on Amazon and it was a horrible replacement. The original fan started to make more noise than usual due to a worn bearing so I decided it was time to replace it before it failed. The first fan I bought on Amazon was actually louder than all 4 fans on my PC which says something. This replacement is probably as good as the original when it comes to noise level at idle and even higher rpms. If you need a new fan for the original ps4 model I highly suggest buying this one over any other option on Amazon. Installation was a breeze and it fit exactly like the original. With this fan, Artic SIlver thermal paste, and Artic thermal pads you'll be good to go.

Replaced my ps4 fan that would turn on sometimes and even when it did; it wouldn't spin fast enough to keep it cool.After replacing the fan, the ps4 can stay on and maintain itself without overheating. I personally do not notice any loud noise the new fan might provide. There is only a slight hum to it if at all. The fan has been in my ps4 and working perfectly for 5 days starting today. 6/26/21 hope to see how it holds up in the future.

Got the part. Put it in. Worked fine. Not really much else to say about it.I'm not sure what this means by warmth and thickness. Why would the fan be warm and if it weren't the right thickness it wouldn't work. It's just like the original one.

It is a lil noisy. It sounds like its hitting something.

The media could not be loaded. The hole fittings could be slightly bigger. But I made it work. It went from fighter jet engine to a whisper quiet prius.

Fan was easy to install and works perfectly with virtually no noise. Perfect choice I’d recommend to any and all! Very satisfied!

This is that dan youre looking for. Quiet, easy to i stall and not wont break on you when you power it up.

Fan works good. My kids Ps4 has wifi again and no more freezing. Good replacement and well worth the time to replace the old fan.
