Q: Help with the hand pump. How do you engage the pumper??

You need to press down and turn it to release the pump mechanism.

Q: Can this be used as a "leave in" conditioner? (I thought it was the same as the leave-in argan oil product I normally buy, which was not available.)

The directions say to rinse throughly after several minutes. I wouldn’t recommend as a leave-in conditioner
