Cosmik Freeze Dried Ice Cream 6 Pack Variety, Astronaut Space Food

Space ice cream is one of my favorite treats and I’ve been eating it since I was young. I’ve had all the other brands and flavors. Coming across Cosmik, I had to try it too. It’s delicious and just like what I love so much about freeze dried ice cream. It has the same great texture but it’s much creamier and tastes like it’s made with fresher ingredients. I also love the marketing. With packaging that doesn’t look like it’s straight out of a science center gift shop, I don’t feel weird about grabbing one for an after dinner treat at home or tossing one in my bag for a weekend camping trip. Cookies and cream is my favorite!

Back a while ago i remember they didn't have strawberry but had like a chocolate chip. I loved all the flavors but now I tried strawberry and it is NOT great. The other flavors still are though. Packaging could be sturdier, basically, all mine came broken into pieces. Not a huge deal with this kind of item but id' rather it is a bit safer in the mail.

For some reason, it has been hard to find quality freeze dried ice cream for the last couple years. I can only find ice cream sandwiches, and not the block that I used to know and love. Also, some of the other brands that sell freeze dried ice cream, it's much too powdery. This stuff is a firm brick that breaks apart like you would expect and tastes like a good quality product and not a cheap cash grab to fill the void. If you were a fan of those Neapolitan bricks and can't find them anymore, try these! Cookies n Cream is my favorite.

Tasty, but by the time I had gotten to the last package I was over it. The idea of astronaut ice cream is a concept best received by a friend that bought it for themselves and was thoughtful enough to share with you. Packaging is double sealed... Or WAS. Upon opening the packaging the inner wrapper was already split open probably from being cold and cracking the plastic inner wrapper open during the freese drying process. Not sure how to fix that problem, but it was odd... Also, only order this stuff so it shows up in the same box as some stuffing for stuffed animals or something. When ordered by itself, the shipping company will undoubtedly break each ice cream bar into no less than 40 pieces.

It's the first freeze dried ice cream that doesn't come in packing that's open on both sides so I can manage to keep the crumbs contained in the packaging. The flavor is amazing and the textire is perfect. So far the best I've ordered from Amazon. I'm not a huge fan of the hard cookie in the sandwich ones so this is perfect because there's no cookies. Just the perfect freeze dried ice cream. And not to mention, it's not crazy expensive like some of the others. Definitely the best deal!

This might have been a freeze-dried bricks of ice cream at some point but the way they ship them the item will arrived pulverized with damaged packaging so it makes a mess everywhere and basically can't be used indoors and you are licking gross powder off your hands not good for kids at all

If there were any left I would post a picture, however they have all disappeared. Let me say, delicious! Tastes like legit ice cream and not flavored as ice cream. Actually I don’t know exactly how to describe it. The strawberries taste like real strawberries and not a “naturally flavored” representation of a strawberry. Anyways, these will become a normal variety to purchase for us. I was worried about using a brand I’d never tried before but I (and my family) are certainly glad I did.

It has a very aesthetic cute packaging but if I’m being honest the only good flavor is cookies and cream, the strawberry disgusting absolutely terrible, as for mint t was okay could be better but I would not recommend sorry it’s not for me
