Helps You Feel More Relaxed in a Troubled World!
I thought because there was chamomile in my sleep supplement that would be enough to help me relax. However with how stressful things have gotten in a troubled world I need more assistance in relaxing at night. So I've been taking an extra capsule of chamomile with my nightly supplements and it really works to keep me focused on sleep and rest. Praying to God also helps but God gave us herbs and flowers for a reason. This may be traditional, but at times it feels like a bit of a miracle. Why stress out constantly when you can relax into some peace and quiet at night and finally get the sleep you deserve! I am not a doctor, nor is this medical advice. Please consult with your doctor before taking supplements.~The Rebecca Review

I'm cautiously impressed!!
I decided to try chamomile as a last resort when seeking a way to decrease, then eliminate, my dependency on xanax. I have dealt with generalized anxiety disorder from the time I was a child. When I started taking xanax several years ago, I thought I had found the perfect way to feel normal. Works great, inexpensive, with no side effects for me. However, my physician decided that I was too dependent on it and has been cutting the dosage back gradually, so I've been trying natural remedies to relieve the effects of decreased dosage and increased anxiety. I passed by chamomile since I assumed it was probably too weak to be useful for serious anxiety issues. I've been using this product for about 2 weeks and it is definitely helping more than any other natural remedy that I've tried, and I have tried them all. It seems to have a cumulative effect and I now feel calmer, less tense, and have a clearer mind. It's effect is not as strong and immediate as xanax, of course, but for the first time I feel I might be able to eventually eliminate the xanax altogether. I have actually forgotten to take my afternoon dose of xanax, which would absolutely never have happened before the chamomile.I usually take two to three of the capsules during the day, and another two or three before bed time. I'm a lifelong insomniac, as many who deal with anxiety are, so I'm happy to report that while my insomnia is not completely gone, I am sleeping better than before.I have also tried brewing my own chamomile tea using organic whole flowers, and while that seems effective as well, I don't care for the taste and drinking it before bed causes other sleep interruptions if you know what I mean.I have a busy, sometimes stressful retail sales job, which can exacerbate the mental fog and brain freeze that often accompanies anxiety. I noticed at work yesterday that my mind felt much calmer and I was able to function in a more "normal" way, if that makes sense. One little tip - pouring the contents of a capsule in my morning coffee seems to give much faster relief than swallowing the capsule whole. There is a little bit of a taste in the coffee, but not bad at all.

Helps me sleep
I take one of these with magnesium and melatonin to help me sleep at night and they work well. Most other brands are lower in milligrams, so they don't help me sleep, but this one does. It's better than drinking tea and trying to lay down.

Can help you with menstrual cramps
I bought this to help me deal with a bout of gastritis that is preventing me from taking NSAIDs. I read some literature on the potential anti-inflammatory affects of chamomile, and thought I would give it a shot. I have to say that I do feel like it helps. It doesn't exactly knock out pain, but helps to take it down to "reasonable levels," meaning I still don't feel 90%, but I can make it to work feeling 50 - 60% better. Now, full disclosure, I take this product in combination with vitamins, lots and lots of water throughout the day, and at times I also take Cyclease PMS. I also remove salt from my diet a few days before my cycle hits. Overall, I think this combination is helping me avoid NSAIDs while my stomach heals. I wouldn't mind continuing this regimen if it continues to work.I am a bit worried about Chamomile losing it's effectiveness over time, but I don't know if that's a valid concern. Also, it DOES make me tired, or rather - relaxed. I have noticed that I sleep better with it.

Dios me pisó esto en el camino . Extraordinario!!!!

Compare to your chamomile tea bags
Tried it for many days in the capsule form that this came in. Gives good sleep, but also has noticeable effect on digestive system. Since my digestive system is not what it used to be in my teens, i took out the chamomile and started making tea out of it and straining out the gunk. The tea form is milder and easier on the stomach - but still does not feel as good or effective as the "chamomile tea" that i purchase from grocery stores. The price is cheap, compared to other brands, but the quality is a question mark ? I am not a good judge of quality of this brand, but i can assure you that if money was no objective, then I would stick to Chamomile tea bags.
