This is awesome for my home gym in the basement. My biggest like was the price for what you get. Typically these resistance bands and ropes can become quite expensive. A lot is included in this set including five tension bands, which you can use for a number of difference exercises. Also included are 5 ropes which compliment the bands. There are also couple hand bars and anti slippery push-up pads.Overall the quality is fine. Will do for home gym, just couple people in the house using so expect it to last. They feel great, they are comfortable. They are easily moveable around the house.I'm quite excited to add this to my collection for the gym and add some new workouts using these bands.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Spends the extra money to get something not made from the cheapest quality possible I heavily regret buying this product.My very first day using this set the black band broken and doesn’t close and I have to re hook it after every set which is very annoying but I figured I got a rare faulty product so I continued to use it because it happens sometimes.But then the metal clip from blue band snapped on me mid rep and the metal part left on the band cut my on my hip pretty deep when it broke.For some reason I continued to use these bands and then the clip of the red band completely detached from band part mid rep and now i am throwing all of this in the garbage

Really good resistance bands for working out at home, but one handle started ripping barely on the second week of use. Other than that is a good product.

Unfortunately, none of the tubes/bands were marked with what weight/strength they were. When I used the images from Amazon to determine what each was, they didn't match up. Seems like at least two of the bands and two of the tubes were the same strength/weight. And, two of the five bands were bigger then they should have been and couldn't be used since they were too big and slipped. This product is going back.

They feel resistant and the hooks at the end of the bands feel very well built, it comes with a set of bands and leg bands with different resistance, 2 circless and a very convenient bag where you can place everything inside.

The bands work well generally. One of the bands broke at the clasp when I first used the bands. The other band have held up well. I am generally pleased with this product because it produces a versatile work out.

There were instructions for the resistance straps, but no instructions for the bands & other equipment. Searched the Internet & could not find any instruction manuals for this equipment.
