Haeger NaturalStone Baking Dish, 9 in. x 13 in.: white

I am sure the quality of this dish is fine, and it is a pretty dish, but I returned it since I was unhappy with the actual dimensions it turned out to have. I wanted a full 9x13 baking dish that was 3" deep for lasagna. I measured this dish every which way I could and I couldn't come up with 9x13. It isn't 3" deep either. Somewhere I read that this would be a good lasagna pan, but I guess I think of lasagna pans as being mostly rectangular, with fairly straight sides from the bottom of the pan to the top, and the same width at the ends as in the center of the pan. So, this dish had very curved corners, the sides were also very sloped from the bottom up to the top, and the middle was wider than the ends. The inside width was around 7.5" (at the ends, I think). I don't remember what the length was, but it wasn't 13". Whatever it was, it was longer in the middle than out by the corners due to how curved they were. For an all-purpose casserole dish, this would be a great dish, but I was looking for a true 9x13x3 dish for lasagna.

This dish was purchased to make lasagna for my family coming in from out of town. The size appeared to be just what I wanted - enough to make a large pan of two-layered lasagna without running over. While I was a little concerned with the interior being natural stone, I shouldn't have been. This is probably one of my most favorite baking dishes ever purchased. It is a sturdy dish, nice glazed exterior, natural stone interior.My biggest concern was the interior staining after having baked lasagna for 1.5 hours and then storage for two days. When we finally cleaned out the last of the food, I ran hot water with detergent in it and in 15 minutes, was able to wash it perfectly clean - no staining at all. It literally came out looking brand new. The following week, I baked an eggplant dish that again, had heavy tomato based sauce. Results were the same; easy baking and easier clean-up.I want to order another one this size and get their 10" x 10" dish as well. What a great find!

I never got a chance to even look at it. Opened the box, barely started to remove the bubble wrap and like the other reviewer heard the pieces starting to fall apart. Taped that flap right back up and packed it up and shipped it back. Given the reviews about the size, I think I'll actual go get what I want at the good old brick & mortar BB&B store.

I had broken my Pampered Chef deep dish baker and was so sad, but I just didn't want to pay for a new one through them (not to mention wait forever to get it). I ordered this one to replace it and I have to say I love it just as much. The quality is exactly the same and I had it in 2 days. I highly recommend!

My wife's old P'd Chef ceramic baker got whacked, and she wanted a new one. I tried this Haeger product. She's happy again. Roomy, not too hard to clean, and she prefers it to our glass baking dishes for lasagnas, shells, and roasts. I use it from time to time, as well, and I echo her assessment of its virtues.

Wasn't able to use this item even once. Opened the box, started to unpack and heard the unmistakable clink and crunch of broken ceramic. Shut box, taped up and sent back.

I received one of these wonderful baking dishes from a friend some time ago, and finally ordered myself a second one for when I make lasagna at Christmas. It is perfect for a cake I make that requires an baking dish with more depth than a regular 9x13. Things bake up beautifully in this. I highly recommend it.
