I bought this for me and my mother who suffers from neuropathy due to chemotherapy. I also take it to help with nerve damage that I acquired when I damaged my tooth. I also noticed that I get a good boost of awareness and energy after I take one of these in the morning.NOW is a good solid brand that has a food-based B-100 Complex supplement that contains all the important B vitamins in healthy concentrations. Various B vitamins have many functions and benefits and not just the ones above. I think the only complaint I have is that the tablets are pretty large and may be hard to swallow for those who have a hard time swallowing hard tablets in general.Just a warning, taking one of these will make your urine really bright yellow!

Thsi is just a top-notch product at a fantastic price. It's often difficult for me to find B-100 on the shelves in my local stores, but I can always find them on Amazon, and the price beats anything I see out in the stores, with larger bottles, as well! I pay less and get more! That's a win!These have become an essential part of my daily vitamin regimen.Highly recommended!

I love NOW supplements- a wonderful value for the money, and I love that they almost always are 1 capsule/tablet per serving.This one is not as big as some other B supplements, doesn't smell as strongly as some do, and doesn't feel like as much comes out in neon yellow urine.I take for energy and general overall wellbeing when I stopped taking Bupropion, which like all anti-depressants, caused good side effects but those weren't enough to overwrite the bad. I get as much energy from this as I do from the low dose Bupropion. It's awesome! I do take in the morning, for energy and to avoid interfering with my sleep, though I am unsure if it would.Overall, I have been taking for over a year and I like it a lot!

Good product would buy again

I have used other Now brand supplements in the past and have always been pleased with them. These B-100 supplements were no exception. They are a little bit bigger than i am used to and a little hard to swallow, but I cut them in half and they go down no problem. There is no taste that I have noticed. I would recommend these to anyone looking for a quality supplement.

We feel so much better now that we take the NOW B-100 vitamin supplement! Burning sensation in legs with exertion is gone. Energy level is higher and mood seems better after a couple of weeks on this. It's a good value. The scent isn't as overpowering as some B vitamins, but you can smell it. It doesn't bother me. It's a big tablet, so swallow it with any other tablet and it goes down easier. I am a repeat buyer of this product, and a firm believer in taking B-100 for better health.

My B12 levels were low, and I've found I feel a difference when I take B complex, but too many that call themselves 'super B' have low levels of each. This actually has what it says, except you can't take 100mg of b-12. Any excess of B gets flushed out in urine, so I don't worry about taking too much as in some other vitamins.
