Kurt Adler 12-Piece Nativity Set with Wooden Stable

Pros: Quality set, perfect for small display on tabletop or under a small tree. Sturdy pieces. Cons: only one. Baby Jesus is not separate from his crib, however, set is beautiful. Colors are lovely, with earth tones. Wonderful as a first Nativity scene. Picture shows scene for first day of Advent. Very affordable. Was packaged very well.

Beautiful nativity scene. The only thing is the Donkey’s snout was broken off at the tip and the broken piece was missing so I couldn’t glue it back on I used a sharpie to color the end and make it less noticeable. Overall the set is beautiful

Carefully packaged with beautifully crafted figurines. A beautiful manger too. Very happy with my purchase

A Nice nativity with a few cons- 1. The figurines are NOT porcelain as the product specs report. They are made of a poly resin and 2. The stable is very flimsy. I had to glue a lot of the joints together. Most of the moss used as a decorative accent to the flimsy wooden structure was gone or had disintegrated. Overall not a bad looking nativity once I fixed the issues but it’s not as good as the pictures indicates

Put me in the category that got everything perfect or at least good enough for a +/- $100 kresch. The angel is not made to be hung. All figures stand by themselves the way you expect them to. Packaging foam is unimpressive. I recommend ripping it apart. Don't try to save it. It is not good enough to try to reuse. Grass falls off. That is part of a nativity set. 1st world problem. The popsicle sticks are not colored before they stick the biggest staples they could find into them. Generally, if you are a crafty sort or need to busy children's hands, making a whole other shelter is the easy part. Say "Merry Christmas" to Everyone if for no other reason than to figure out who is on your team and who is not. Merry Christmas !!!!! AMDG

Bottom wood warped and wobbly. Funny even the picture shows both ends higher than middle; sorry I didn't notice when ordering. Back piece thin, cheap looking. Two figures (Joseph and one of the wise men) will not stand up in stable. Angel does not mount safely; it will stay but no way and not eventually fall and break. Ladder has ugly staples to attach rungs. I didn't know they had staples back then. Just more "Made in China" junk. One star since there is no lower.

It's beautiful, but breakable. One of my pieces has broken and I don't know if it's replaceable. Some of the pieces don't stand up very well either. The Angel does not mount as it's displayed in the picture. I was disappointed by that. Other than that. It's a beautiful Nativity.
