Earpiece falls off
I like the smell, but the extended earpiece falls off really easily, and I have lost it without the extended earpiece. It’s hard to get it in the dogs here that extended piece should be made as part of the item.

Amazing and Easy to Use!
My dog is prone to getting ear infections, and cleaning his ears becomes a pain for both of us. The Innovet cleaner is amazing! It's extremely easy to use and it really works. My dog hasn't had any ear problems in a while now, and you can tell that he's much happier! If your dog is prone to getting ear infections, try this out!

The Cleaner Barely Comes Out
As the title says: The cleaner barely comes out. I think the manufacturer planned for the cleaner to come out as a mist, but that does not happen. I was hoping it would be more like a jet stream. Ha! No chance of that happening.

Finally something that will get rid of my dogs ear wax and infection issues
Finally a ear product that gets rid of my dog's hardened ear wax and infection issues. We've tried everything; this is the first product that actually brings the hardened black earwax to the outer ear so we can easily wipe it OUT!.In what application, we did what we've tried to do for weeks and weeks. Nozzle is great everything is just wonderful about this product.

Love this product!Tried a few things before this but Kitty seems to tolerate this the best. It's a natural product which makes me feel better and it's easy to use. I instantly saw results
