Fantastic, energy boosting, less nausea
UPDATE 4/21/25 Nearly 36 weeks pregnant now (can’t wait to meet the little beastie) and without this- there is still a very drastic difference in my energy. Given- everything makes me tired and I don’t have a lot of energy, but without this I can’t get anything done and I really don’t feel good throughout the day. Sometimes I forget to take it and worry about taking another but as the day wears on it is clearly evident that I did not actually take it. Great price for a clean supplement that actually makes a difference. I will continue taking this through my BF journey when the little one arrives. Best of luck mamas! Be well and may baby magic dust bless you ♥️🌈✨ —————— 11/25/24: I’m now 17.5 weeks along and I cannot do without this supplement. It minimizes any nausea I had in first trimester and I have been diligently having it every day. Yesterday was the first day I forgot to take it completely and there was a staggering difference in my energy and mood. I laid in bed most of the day, felt groggy and more moody. I remembered finally to take it around 6pm and by 8pm, I felt a boost of energy and calmer emotions wise: Can’t believe it would make such a huge difference but I will be sure not to miss another day! If you are thinking about this brand- just get it!! ——————— Original review: I’ve gone through so many different brands of prenatals and these have been the best. I’m 11weeks, 37yo, and if everything goes well this will be our first child 🤞🏼 My nausea and vomiting have been the worst it’s ever been, so when looking for a prenatal, I wanted to make sure it didn’t give any weird burps or reflux. (I’ve had issues with this in the past) these actually don’t taste so awful, the size is large but smooth and easy to swallow (taking the one a day size). Sometimes large pills do this thing where you try and chug it down with water and then it kinda feels stuck in your throat- this does not happen with these. Pros: - No reflux or gross burps - Goes and stays down well - clean vitamin I feel good about - love that there’s selenium - does give me a tiny boost of energy, I’ve been so tired this time around - Excellent value Cons: - None that I can think of Nausea tips I’ve been utilizing: - Less drowsy Dramamine every night and sometimes around noon has helped me so much, I still get a bit nauseous and usually vomit 1-2x a day no matter what anyways but it’s horrific if I forget - Gelatin can help coat your stomach and help it feel a little less acidic - We have an alkaline water filter and I feel this helps to keep my acid lower - I eat a small dinner as early as I can manage so I I have food digesting already before sleeping Best of luck to all of you who are expecting or trying to conceive. May all your children be blessed with good health and hearty laughter ♥️

Finally a prenatal that doesn’t make me burp them up!
This is my fourth pregnancy and I’m almost 36 weeks pregnant. This is the BEST prenatal vitamin I’ve ever tried! No burping them back up, easy on my stomach and makes me feel awesome! My babies have always been on the smaller size, my largest was 6lbs1oz and as of right now my baby is weighing at already 5 1/2lbs! I really think it’s to do with these vitamins. All natural and organic makes me feel confident that these are helping baby grow nice and big and healthy! I never write reviews but I had to read write one for these vitamins because I’ve gone through so many other prenatal vitamins that caused me nausea and would upset my stomach. These are on the bigger side but they are smooth and go down perfectly fine. I’m 41yrs old and this will be my last pregnancy but I wish I used these for my other 3 pregnancy. Packed with healthy ingredients and doesn’t give me a gross aftertaste. Once they are down, they stay there and absorb into my body great. I can’t say enough great things about this vitamin. I’ll probably continue to use them after baby girl is born as a post natal while I breastfeed because it has all the necessary nutrients to help and continue to grow a healthy baby. Very happy with this purchase and I’m so glad I FINALLY found a great prenatal that doesn’t taste awful and doesn’t make me burp them up constantly. I also haven’t had insomnia with this pregnancy. I don’t know if it’s because of this vitamin or not, but I had it with all three of my last pregnancies. I know each one is different but I can’t help but think that this vitamin helps in that department. I have a 2 yr old, 11yr old & a 15yr old and I’ve been able to keep up with afterschool activities and run around with the 2 yr old. Yes, I do get tired but I have the energy to keep up with them and I know that taking this vitamin is a helpful factor in giving me the sustained energy I need to continue to be a productive mom while being pregnant. Definitely try them out if you’re thinking about it because you will not be disappointed!! Excellent vitamin!!

Good Vitamins.
Last updated February 4 2026 Comes in a cute glass bottle. Love these I have tried various other store brands with not much result after 6 months but I am only on week two and I already feel major good changes and I am only taking half a pill every other day to start don't want to shock my system. I was to the point of passing out if I didn't take naps because of feeling fatigue all day and had major brain fog, I lost my appetite, and had heavy menstrual cramps that kept me in bed among other problems which have now disappeared or are barely noticable. I am not currently pregnant and haven't been pregnant in the past due my body not being able to support me well let alone another, there just isn't enough non-synthetic vitamins in our regular food. The pill size is large I have a picture above with it next to a quarter but thankfully it doesn't taste bad there is the heavy after taste of iron/salt? but that might be because of sensitivity to Iron and I can't swallow it whole so I have to chew half a pill and wash it down with water, then eat a granola bar or something slightly sticky to get it out of my teeth, a fizzy drink might also work well. 2026: I have Iron related issues for that reason I have started swapping between taking the Women's Multi gummy version (doesn't have Iron or Iodine) all but one or two days a week and a half a Prenatal once daily vitamin the 1-2 days I don't take the gummies and am doing good even helped balanced out my hormones on my blood test. I feel like this version helps more but my body can't process the iron fast enough to take it daily. With the gummy version you have to take more so expect them to run out faster as well as the gummy version has more taste to it not bad but I definitely can taste more of it and it has a lower vitamin dosage.

Gelatin Free, Vegan, Easy on Stomach, Organic.
As a mom, medical professional, I’m always on the lookout for high-quality supplements—especially during pregnancy. After trying Garden of Life Organics Prenatal Vitamins, I can confidently say they are one of the best clean, plant-based options available! And the reason why I love these prenatals Is because its USDA Certified Organic & Non-GMO – Made from real, whole-food ingredients with no synthetic additives. No DHA Included – This is perfect for moms who prefer to take their DHA separately or have dietary restrictions regarding fish oil. Essential Nutrients for Mom & Baby – Includes vital vitamins and minerals such as: Folate (from organic lemon peel) – Supports fetal development and helps prevent birth defects. Iron (from organic curry leaves) – Gentle on the stomach and won’t cause constipation. Probiotics & Organic Ginger – Aids digestion and reduces nausea, making it ideal for the first trimester. Vitamin D3 & B12 – Helps maintain energy levels and supports a healthy immune system. Easy to Digest & Perfect for Sensitive Stomachs. Unlike some prenatal vitamins that can cause nausea, these are incredibly gentle. The natural, food-based formula makes it easy for the body to absorb without any stomach discomfort. MTHFR Friendly
I have had four babies, and am currently pregnant with number five. I have been using these prenatals for my last two pregnancies, and am again using these for my current pregnancy. I also continued to take these while breastfeeding. Pros: *Folate from whole foods, not artificial folic acid *Affordable pricing, a bottle lasts 90 days *Easily accessible - it gets delivered to my door *Does not make me sick *Contains iron, which is also reccomended for pregnancy *Comes in a sturdy brown glass bottle Cons: *None come to mind With my first pregnancy, I used a random drugstore prenatal that I thought would be fine, but found it made me very sick. With my second pregnancy, I found out I had the MTHFR gene (both variants, lucky me) and was prescribed some incredibly expensive prenatals. I guess they worked okay, but when I got pregnant with my third child, I wanted something more affordable and easily accessible, that contained actual folate, not folic acid. After a ton of research, I discovered this brand, and I haven't turned back. I would and have reccomended this to other expecting mamas!

Finally a Clean Prenatal That I Can Actually Tolerate!
I’ve tried so many prenatals during my pregnancies, and Garden of Life Organics Prenatal Vitamin is the first one that truly checks every box for me. It’s incredibly clean — no fillers, no junk, and nothing questionable, which gives me so much peace of mind. I tend to get extremely nauseous while pregnant, and most vitamins only made it worse. This one has been a total game changer. It doesn’t aggravate my nausea at all, and I’m able to take it daily without dreading it. I’ve also noticed a huge difference in my energy. On the days I forget to take it, I can honestly feel it — my energy dips, and it reminds me how well my body absorbs this formula. If you’re looking for a gentle, clean, and truly effective prenatal, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s been a lifesaver for me.

Good vitamins but huge
These vitamins are great for vegetarians and vegans alike. I like that they are made from real food and don’t give me weird tastes after taking them. 4 stars because the vitamins are huge and I have to cut in half to take them.

Good quality
I did a lot of research and came across these. I’ve been taking these shortly after finding out I was pregnant but was actually looking just to take because I have pcos and I’ve heard and been told by my doctor that prenatal could help with some issues that come along with pcos. I’m not sure how it helps with mine but I will continue taking them after my pregnancy too to observe that as well. But during this pregnancy I feel I have more energy and don’t shed as much hair. The taste isn’t bad and the vitamin isn’t too large or rough to swallow.
