Not as Good as Other Alessi
Not sure why this is made differently than other Alessi tubular pastas. The pastas are very thin and need to be cooked at a much shorter time span than say the Rigatoni. It's VERY easy to over cook this pasta. Of all the Alessi short pastas I've tried, this is my least favorite.
