Pulp Riot Semi-Permanent Hair Color 4oz - NeoPop Decoy

This color is vibrant and holds!!! I'm three washes in and have barely lost any color. I only wash about once a week in cold water, but compared to other brands, this is AMAZING!! I've found a new favorite brand! I should say my hair was bleached, but it was with other brands too. This stuff is great!

Very pretty teal, but lighter and not as permanent on heavily pre-lightened blonde as I expected or would have liked. I even rinse with cool water in order to keep color permanency, but this shade faded rather quickly.Smells great. Easy to apply formula.

I completely saturated my hair with the dye after lightening it, and left it on for the full amount, but the color didn't look anything like what was in the picture. Not only was it not the same color, but it went on very patchy and doesn't look evenly covered. Will not be buying this brand of dye again.

I originally forgot which of the teal blue I got when I went to the salon even with my stylist showing me. Hair saturated beautifully. The parts that didn’t do well was my fault for not sectioning correctly.No color came out when I washed out the product. Pulp Riot is 100% my favorite forever.

So easy to apply. I have tried the Candy Pink and this teal. Can’t wait to try another.

I just used this for the first time and you can't even tell I redyed my hair. I was using another brand of blue hair dye before this but I let it fade before applying the plup riot. After I washed out the pulp riot dye and dried my hair I couldn't even tell I had redyed it. It still looks horribly faded and not blue at all. The attached photo is 30 min after I finished dying it.
