I love the taste of crltic sea salt and knowing that if has all the nutrients and electrolytes! When I was on dialysis, I used to lighty use this salt and it did not spike my blood pressure as all the other salts.

Tastes good you can tell it is a good quality product and the size is decent, but still expensive.

This is a great mineral to add to your meal drink etc. great source of sodium.

I like the flavor it gives the food. Trying to eat healthy and watched videos from a few docs on YouTube and decided to try it. It is expensive but I think it's worth the money. I do recommend this.
