Enameled Cast Iron Signature Oval Casserole with Lid, 3.75 Quart, Marseille

I have 4 other Le Creuset pans, all made in France, so I am very familiar with their craftsmanship and quality. I was a little leery, not ever buying one on Amazon. Well, i am very glad I did because this is definitely Le Creuset, France! It is beautiful! Quality is outstanding! I will make my Thanksgiving dinner in this vessel and it will look stunning on my holiday table! Thank you so much!

This is a beautiful addition of Le Creuset to my kitchen. The enamel coating is beautiful as well as effective. The cast iron provides even, thorough cooking. I love that the enamel coating is chip resistant and the size is just right for our family of four.

The color is lovely and nothing seems to stick to the interior. This is the perfect size for me and I've used it for everything from seared salmon, to poached figs, to chicken curry. So far, no chips and what a range of uses. Very versitile. As all Le Creuset are, it's a pit pricey but you totally get what you pay for and this size is an ideal weight for my aging and arthritic hands and wrists. Well Done!

Le Creuset is my favorite cookware. This particular piece is awesome with the rounded bottom edges. Perfect for casseroles and braising.

My favorite cookware in my kitchen accent color! The size is good for cooking for two, three, four. I've baked chicken, roasted fish, oven roasted thick pork chops. Useful for small casseroles or baked rice. The reduced price led to my decision to purchase this casserole.
