Not the same item you buy to what you receive
The item that arrived is not that is shown to buy, it doesn’t change plates or are they removable to clean, no additional plates to use either. It doesn’t have a british plug or any English instructions. When I contacted seller to return and refund as false advertisement was told I can have a 30% refund and that I can change the plug To a british plug myself. I provided pictures to prove it is not the same product they are advertising and that was the response. Would not advise to buy it.
