Repeat for me! I keep this in my cabinet. Really helps to soothe the tummy and keep things regular when needed. Aloe also has a lot of nutrient properties. I feel good taking it!

My urologist suggested this brand for my interstitial cystitis. I have taken Elmiron for over 30 yrs. This product is a wonderful supplement to take the place of Elmiron. Good results & much better for us!!! I take 4-6 a day.

This was more of what I was looking for when I was looking for an aloe Vera gel pale very easy to take their very small wall most like a vitamin E pill ..dont take on empty stomach

It may be my imagination but I've had a lot of stiffness and pain in my right leg for 4 months and occasionally prior to that. I've tried everything in the way of muscle and joint supplements and, trust me, I do mean everything and all very expensive. I've had some success by totally giving up anything that has citric acid in it. That stuff causes a lot of problems and hardly anyone knows that. So, happened to see a review of something that mentioned someone's mother swearing by Aloe Vera for pain. Heck, give it a shot. Research said that the inner leaf is best so I selected this product. I noticed a lot more comfort after just 24 hours and seems there is a slow improvement over about a week. I have not noticed any side effects and I am very sensitive to medications. There has been some laxative effect but nothing serious. I'm going to order more and hope for great results over a period of time. I've been taking one twice a day on an empty stomach but may increase to 2 twice a day.

I started having serious GI problems summer of 2021. Probiotics helped, but not much. Various meds were tried by doctors with little result. Just before I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy in January I found these gel caps (always easier to swallow) and started taking two a day. After the C&E, on my follow-up visit I told him I was taking aloe vera. I've never seen a doctor so happy to hear me tell him I was taking a supplement. Along with some dietary adjustments, this product has helped me tremendously. And it's a great value to boot. I'll definitely keep using these.

I am a 63 yr old black female with lupus. I am on a lot of medications, some have affected my interest in sex due to the pain caused by menapose and uterus thinning walls and vaginal dryness. Sex is extremely painful. The plant aloe vera is good for healing cuts and Burns and scaring. I was diagnosed with lupus in 1998. This is my first bottle and it is a "miracle". I take 2 aloe vera capsules daily, one by mouth and the 2nd one I insert into my vagina. I know this may sound silly. I have researched this for over 20 yrs. I had great sex without pain for the first time in years!

Read some of the benefits of aloe Vera supplements, gave it a go. Definitely loving some of the benefits, take regularly for a few months and see another aloe supplement for cheaper and a few more pills, decided to give it a go! Not all supplements are created equally, quit seeing the main benefit I was looking for. Reordered and cancelled the other supplement. I love this supplement!

This aloe vera bothered my stomach. I'm not sure if it's the dosage or the other ingredients (e.g. bovine gelatin) in the product. I actually only took 1 soft gel - not sure what 2 may have done if 1 bothered stomach. I'm a slender person and it doesn't seem right to me that I'd need the same amount as the average person so I usually start with a lesser amount.If you open the soft gel, which it didn't seem so soft if you feel it (does that dissolve in body easily?) and there's not much aloe in there.I took a cheaper aloe supplement which actually did feel like more of a soft gel with less mg and it was more effective / didn't bother stomach. That product had soybean oil so I wanted to switch to one that doesn't (this supplement doesn't), but this isn't for me.
