Wow!!!!! This is definitely a life changing book IF you are ready to change! I truly believe the author captured the importance of following your first thought, your gut instinct! And learning how to know what that is! I gave it a four out of five rating because I think it would have gone even deeper with people if there were a few questions at the end of every chapter. Although there were a few activities throughout the book, each section followed by a few questions would have made this a Perfect Book for me! Bravo to Brianna Wiest on a book very well written! You will touch many lives with this!
