Fire door lock, great quality
Purchased this lock for a fire door that we were replacing.It is excellent quality and value for money. Looks very stylish on the new door into the garage.Used along side a xfort escutcheon key plate.Would definitely recommend.

Faulty, poor response from manufacturer.
Would lock ok, but would not unlock, key just jammed when trying to unlock. Had to resort to pulling locking bolt back with a screwdriver to gain access.Contacted manufacturer, finally got a message in the evening of the following day asking for video. Sent video, so far no response. Cannot upload video on here for some unknown reason.

Good quality but...
One of the supplied keys doesn't operate the lock. This a real pain as now have the cost of cutting a spare key which increases the cost of this considerably. Otherwise the product is good quality and works well.

Got it as my other lock broke and very impressed as it was the same size , so it was easy fit

Arrived quickly and after some fiddling did the job
Easier to find on line than in hardware shops . Lock not a perfect fit but after some fiddling it did the job fine .
