Received this in the post and put together with not much problem. Poor design and not very big or sturdy. I'm currently challenging the import charge with a complaint through Amazon of £56.13 as I knew nothing about this. I think Amazon could do better. I would suggest you buy from the UK and not these people unless you really want to waste your money that is. This is absolute rubbish !As an update, after a few weeks of numerous emails to the seller, they have now refunded me the import charge!A little perseverance seems to have paid off.. Don't get caught by this seller if you do decide to buy this and stick to your guns if anything you purchase states FREE DELIVERY!

Only giving one star as I have to. Bought back in March for the family to use during lockdown. My fault I didn’t realise I bought from Asia but took 3 months to arrive..eventually arrived 3 July when lockdown was nearly finished.Spoke with the owner who seems a nice chap & told me his struggles during the pandemic. I sympathised.However as the kids excitedly Awaited for me to put the handle bars on & for them to eventually use it after a 3 months wait....,no screws & bolts dispatched to complete the bike..I can’t tell you how mad I am..A disaster of a purchase..

The bike is only just big enough for me I’m 5ft 7.no good for my husband who is 6ft.Also makes a clunking noise when you turn up the gears.I have also just received a bill for £84 customs duties which is mentioned nowhere as far as I can see ,come on Amazon you can do better than this ,can’t even contact anyone to discuss this with, pretty poor .

Never under any circumstances buy this product! It is a complete waste of money. The gearing slips and the quality is awful. You would be better going into the garden and setting fire to your cash. I even got hosed for import duty! I’ve been on Amazon for over 20 years. This is the worst buy in history

Awful don’t bother buying, this is not a ‘spinning’ bike if you try to stand it’s not possible to stand and ride as you need to for some of the exercises also the pedals don’t fit properly and the pedometer is in Chinese not much good in the UK to most people

Exercise bike not fit for purpose, very poorly made, very flimsy and unstable just trying to get a return, very disappointed with this purchase. And i had a nightmare trying to return it and its still on going

Had this bike for a few weeks. When it arrived the assembly was fairly straight forward. My biggest issue is the seat and handle bars do not adjust high enough. I have them both on the highest setting and when cycling your knees stay too bent. I am only 5'11 so if you are taller this is not the bike for you. The build quality is OK but can prove a bit unstable if you cycle out of the seat.

A nightmare to import cost an extra £130. Assembly parts didn't fit together correctly,so some features don't work. Quite only if no resistance on peddles gear up it will wake the dead. Absolute waste of money,conned again!!!!
