Actually works! Have been on keto and having a couple of these a day hasn’t knocked me off keto and gives the sweet tooth what it needs too! Expensive but worth it as a treat

Perfect on keto
Suffer from Chronic cough syndrome which during Covid has proved embarrassing. Hard to find something to suck when on keto but these were perfect. Expensive for so few sweets but worth it and they are much sweeter than expected after reading ingredients
