Great/attentive seller, quality of product could be better.
Positive first ... seller is VERY quick to respond and resolve an issue. Kind and willing to help, I can appreciate that during the holiday season.Negative ... I didn’t love the material, but others in my house didn’t mind it so much. I was expecting your typical “sweatshirt” material (partially my fault, probably should have read further into the description). Personal preference I guess. The inside that touches your skin is soft, but I don’t prefer how the polyester feels on the outer layer.

Provone Friends hoodie sweatshirt
I was very disappointed with this item. Looks more like a youth large than an adult small...yes there is a difference. It is VERY thin. Not what I think of when the word sweatshirt is used to describe it. The material has a weird feel to it. Not like a cotton at all.

Cheap Material, Save your $$$
This is not a sweatshirt or typical pullover. It’s a polyester gross feeling material your kids will not want. Seller will not respond when you want to return and will ignore all correspondence. Save your money.

Very soft inside
I wasn’t sure what I thought about the sweatshirt when I first got it, but after wearing it a few times I love how soft and cozy it is!
