I had my Achilles taped by my PT and thought I would give it a go- it was ok. It is sticky and will last 2 days until the top starts to pull away. I think I would continue to tape but this could be costly with this kit. Convenient yes. Sm

These have worked amazing for my husbands plantar fasciitis. He was miserable after his 12 hour shifts on his feet and struggled keeping it wrapped with an ace bandage as it was bulky and hard to fit into his shoe. It also would hurt after sleeping and not keeping it wrapped and this has also solved that issue since it stays on for days. These have been a much better option and they last for 5 days even with a daily shower. They fit in his shoe so much easier and they are helping even better than the ace bandage or the gigantic brace that there doctor provided.

They rolled up some and became irritating. It could have been me, but I prefer to cut the tape myself and put them on…they last longer.

First time ever trying this product. Put it on before bed cause my Achilles tendinitis tends to be at its worse in the morning, didn’t even last the night with these on. They were already peeling all around the corners and hanging off. Put a new set on and showered, they are indeed NOT waterproof regardless if they say they are. Super disappointing because they are amazing when it comes to helping with pain relief but they don’t stay on long enough for it to be worth it to waste your money on. I can’t believe it even said to wear them for 5-7 days straight when they didn’t even last less than 10 hours on my body..

Worked well for foot support. I like that there is instruction on where to put tape for proper support of planters fasciitis or achilles issues.

I like the precut product it worked good and has stayed on I put this on yesterday and my dog and I took a walk it held on , worked as should have , controlled the pain where I needed it and I fell asleep with it on and now is the next day and still holding tight. I would recommend

Only wear less than 1 day, it ripe off.

Tremendous product for assistance in sports especially. Needed help to apply. Good product and performs as you would hope it too. Fair price too. All in all , very happy.
