Needs consistent water pressure
This is a good basic unit if your water pressure doesn't fluctuate much. If you are on a well with a pressure tank the temperature will fluctuate along with the pressure. With dedication and patience it is possible to adjust to a temperature range that is acceptable in the shower, going from a bit cool to a bit hot.On the good side, it was an easy change from the discontinued and dead Bosch. Very cheap to run.

On Demand Water Heater
Nothing I dislike about the heater. Seems to work well. Easy setup, as it was replacing an older one. Looks nice as well. I'm kind of indifferent about the plugin power source.

Not what we had
Can't control the temperature in the season between Fall and Winter. Too cold in one and too hot in the other. Also, no hot water for one of the bathroom taps. Used to work fine with the original Bosch. Shuts off after 20 minutes for 5 minutes. Takes 3 shifts for jet tub.

Worth the Effort!
We're very pleased with Aquah's water heater! Quality is good, and installation was relatively easy after reading the book and watching a couple of how-to videos. Reward is definitely worth the effort! Do it again? Yes!

Great water heaters at an affordable price.
I have owned and used several of these on cottages we own at our family campground. I use the 16L on my cabin and its served me well for the past 5 years. Its a bit oversized for a small cabin but works great. The other cabins are fitted with the 10L units and they all work really good! If you have hot water heater odor or sulfur smelling water, consider switching to a tank-less. These Propane heaters have lowered our energy bills by 80% over using electric water heaters.Pro's1.) The simplicity of these is when your not using them, you can plumb them to drain them after use without the fear of winter freezes. 2.) Ultra high efficiency, a propane tank last s a LONG time. 3.) minimal space required to mount/use. 4.) your not storing water in the heater unit, waiting for it to be used. 5.) cost!! The Aquah tank-less units are affordable, 1/5th the cost of the Rinnai or Bosch. 6.) Customer service and parts! If you need parts, make a call and parts will be at your door in 2 days in most cases.Con'sWhen water pressure is low, water comes out scolding hot. Our campground runs off spring water with pressure in the 28-35psi area. During the summer, the incoming water temp is 72-74* and this heater (16L) on its lowest setting, will scold you. we DO NOT experience this condition with the 10L units but this problem is due to our limited need and our particular application.
