We got this for our granddaughter and she loves it!

Update:I’ve changed my star rating to 4. Although we had to sew all the safety straps before we could complete assembly, we did get a quick response regarding the sounds, with directions on how to reset. The sounds are now working fine, for better or worse 😂.My daughter loves her unicorn. It’s a good size that should last her quite a while before she grows out of it. It’s super cute! BUT, all 4 safety straps had to be re-sewn before assembly, they were literally falling apart at the seams (luckily I have a sewing machine). And, the sounds just don’t function properly. The song doesn’t play, it doesn’t say any phrases, just occasionally makes a galloping sound. I have contacted the company directly, I’ll update if they are helpful. I really don’t want to take the thing apart and send it back right after I gave this gift to my daughter!

This was a gift for my 4 yo great niece. Very easy to assemble and quite sturdy. She loves it! Very happy w/ the product. May have to get her little sister one soon.

Amazon should stop allowing this product to be sold. When it arrived it was immediately assembled, as the birthday girl was very excited. Immediately the head of the first screw to the stand sheard off before it was even tight. And then another screws head sheared off when applying pressure attaching the springs. Also one of the safety straps was ripping out. We quickly came to the conclusion that the product was cheaply made, dangerous and even if we did go buy new bolts it would likely not last long at all. I came to do a return and realized many others had the exact same problems. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Now we have a very disappointed birthday girl. Amazon is taking on some liability if/when someone gets injured on this toy. I would highly advise discontinuing selling this product.

Works great except the awful audio. It was garbled and weak from day one. Of course I put brand new batteries. Not much better. Second time we put new batteries. ... The ear that plays the song stopped working. So now my little girl doesn't have half as much fun. Really thinking about taking it apart and finding a box to send it back in.

Screw broke while trying to assemble so it’s lopsided. My daughter loves it though.
