Winco KFP-51 Acero Tomato Knife 5"

I love my Winco knives. Great quality. Great design. Great price. Best tomato knife.

I am constantly surprised at how well this knife works behind the bar. I generally hate serrated knives, but for cutting citrus wheels and wedges this is a great knife and I would recommend it to any bartender. Build quality is surprisingly good and so far I have no issues with the edge. At its price point, I don't care that I can't sharpen it. I'll just get a new one when it gets dull.

Great For cutting vegetables

The quality shines. I was looking to replace my 20 year old Case vegetable knife. I was most happy with this knife. Be warned,be careful extremely sharp serrations on blade . If you slide your finger on serrations it cuts !

It’s a good knife, nice and sharp. I just wish the blade was a little thicker, as it doesn’t seem to be super durable. However, I bought it with the purpose of chopping cups of ice, which it did do very well until one of the tips broke off, so I’m sure if it’s being used properly, for tomatoes or cheese, it would work wonderfully.

This is a very good one, first is good price; second, it is sharp; third, the weight is good, It’s much better than other this kind knives I bought that the weight are very light and the blade is not strong enough, this one is what I want.

I bought this knife for cutting roll sausage. Works perfectly for that but it is a very versatile knife. The tip of the knife is great for getting out those tomato stems. Since it’s serrated it cuts many tougher skin items with ease. Feels very nice in the hand. An excellent addition to my kitchen knifes.

I had a different tomato knife previously, but hated that the material was getting all funky from dishwashing. I bought this knife because the reviews were good and it deserves the good words.Snarp, cuts nice and thin and feels good in the hand. Thanks so much!
