Great sound but unfortunately 2 pair in process of being replaced. Both stopped working in the left ear.
They worked great for 2 months then stopped working on the left side. We are in the process of trying to get them replaced as Pump has a 2 year warranty. I have also had to have the first pair we purchased in Nov. 2015 as they just went out too. Pump seemed really good to work with however. They are based out of UK so I am thinking they will take awhile to come in.

Very good, but not great. Good sound quality, but uncomfortable to wear
The drivers deliver good volume, and the cable is thick enough (it's actually flat, with a rubberized coating) to remain mostly tangle-free...even when it does get tangled in your backpack, it's not to difficult to get it untangled thanks to its springiness. The audio quality is very, very good. Not great, mind you, but really good. So what's missing from the audio: some detail and separation between the high and mid frequencies...but these are earphones after all, not $1500 cabinet speakers. Or it could be that my source music is not really as good as I think it is :-)The main issue I see is that to get great bass response, the tips have to be inserted deep into my ear canal to seal all gaps...but doing that affects the higher frequencies, and it gets uncomfortable and sweaty after a while...not to mention that the act of making an airtight seal puts some uncomfortable pressure on your eardrum, and you can hear the drivers flexing (a crackling sound that is similar to aluminum foil being crumpled up). I tried all sizes of silicone tips supplied in the box, and still could not resolve the issue. Maybe a foam tip would help resolve this?Overall, they're pretty good earphones, specially at a discounted price of $50
