Specially if you want to let it grow fast and healthy. Coconut oil is good as well. The smell is kind of a strong perfume, but not bad after one hour.

When my first daughter was young she was pretty much bald until three, until someone introduced this to me. I continue to use when her hair growth had stunted. I started immediately on my next daughter and by one she had a head full with no bald spots. It's best used mixed in with your favorite hair grease especially when braiding. I have used the original Tricopherous without any problems. I thought I'd try Tricopherous with Oil, but I find that the strong fumes irritate my eyes. I will stick with the original Tricopherous.
