Ok, this is very nicely made and you can fit a pair of boots into it easily with lots of room. But my issue is that it is bulky and with the way that all airlines are now charging crazy fees for luggage, it just isn't something I would use again. It takes up so much space. Even though boots are slim, this is bulky and takes up more room than the boots would be just by themselves. I do love that it keeps the soil from the soles off of my clothes, etc. But it takes up too much space in your luggage. If you wanted to bring more than one pair of boots, they would take up half of your suitcase. Cute and well made but not very practical for travelling with luggage restrictions.

PROS:This boot storage bag is large enough to hold a pair of my largest cowboy boots.This is one of the few bags that is divided into two compartments, one for each boot. This might not make much difference for work boots, but it matters a lot for dress boot, especially exotic leathers.It bag has breathable panels on the front and back (allows moisture to escape, I guess) and the sides are soft, quilted fabric.The label window is very handy for folks with several pairs of boots. Write a description on the tag and there's no more opening every bag to find a certain pair of boots.The straps look good for easy carrying and the zippers are full length so boots are easy to put it and take out.CONS:The quilted sides actually look absorbent. That, along with the breathable front and back panels, means this is not as well suited for travel -- even when hand carried, but they might be okay for car trips. Rain, etc. could easily get inside and the breathable panels look like they wouldn't stand up to too much "handling."The breathable panels could be a problem if stored in a very humid, very dry, dusty, or sun-exposed location.RECOMMENDATION:This is the perfect product for storing dress boots in a closet, on a rack, in the RV (they might even hang by their straps but I'm not sure I'd try it).This bag is not seem suited for travel/transport nor for storage in harsh environments.

I bought this as a gift for a friend who wears boots for dancing. Since the wrapping bag has snaps I opened it up to have a look, and the product appears to be excellent. It's well made of that "non-woven" material often seen in reusable grocery bags, with extra side padding for protection. The zippers open all the way to make access easy. There's a plastic pocket on the side with a card for describing the boots so you can pick the ones you want if you have more than one bag. The bag is quite roomy, and because my friend's boots are suede and very soft and she bought two pairs, she may be able to put two boots in each side. The color is a very dark blue--in fact, I thought at first it was black. It doesn't matter in the least to me, but be aware if you care. If I wore boots myself, I'd order one, and this will be my go-to gift for other boot-wearing friends.

The best feature of the bag is its height. I have a couple pair of cowboy boots that need the booti boot shaper CLASSIC for 4 pairs of boots to remain upright. The shaper works fine, but it makes my boots too tall for a typical boot bag such as those by Lucchese or Justin. The Marathon bag is tall enough to accommodate both my boots and the shaper. The bag itself isn't as well made as the aforementioned Lucchese or Justin bags, but I only use it for storage, not travel. As a storage bag, it works perfectly.

Sturdy, separate compartments for each boot, long zippers for easy access and storage, and will fit tall boots. This is a lot of pros for such a reasonable price. The only con doesn’t merit removal of a star: wish they offered these covers for smaller height boots. Still, I did buy pairs for my smaller boots. They certainly protect the small boots, but esthetically, my closet now suffers from droopy boot cover syndrome.

Thought I could put men's boots in here, but none of mine would fit. I wear a 10.5 US. Girlfriend took them and used them for some of her boots, but mentioned that they were very poorly made. You get what you pay.

Good bags for storage. Keeps boots separate and protected so they don't scuff and tall enough for knee high boots. Not so bulky that the bags take up a lot of room. And, helps the boots stand upright. As little flimsy for travel, but great for storage and what I was looking for. Thanks!

I have several pairs of riding boots and this does the job of storing them and keeping them clean. Cost-effective and does what I want it to do. I like the two separate compartments that keep the boots from rubbing against each other.

Great to transport boots

Great for transporting my boots to and from work or in a suitcase for longer trips! They fit tall women's boots and are durable! I am very pleased with my purchase!

Definitely fits the tall, larger boot. If you have a shorter boot, say up to 13", you may want to order a slightly different product. Good value for money.
