How to Understand and Take Care of Your Persian Kitten & Cat Paperback – May 29, 2015

This book will teach you everything, you need to about my Favorite Feline race. Its not basic. Human's are basic. just not Me, and the Persians.

I was hoping to gain lots of information about Persian kittens/cats,instead most of the information is just general commonsense.By all means if you have no common sense then this book is good but if you want info on this specific breed that encompases a whole book you will be disappointed big time.

This book has to rank as the most disappointing polemic on Persian cats I have ever seen or read! It is very generic in its approach to the species, making little direct reference to Persians, but to cats in general. Some of the content must be targeted at idiots, e.g. 'What Not To Feed Your Cat/Kitten' - Answer - Alcohol! I cannot imagine that the idiots that would try to ply their cat with alcohol would purchase/read any reference source about cats in the first place! It has not been carefully proof read, as it is riddled with typos e.g. on the back page, one of the chapter headings refers to 'Benefits of Micro Chipping Your Dog'! I wanted a new and invigorating reference source for my two 4 month old Persian kittens and got anything but that. Any experienced cat owner (such as myself) will have amassed far more knowledge than this book can offer. This review is of the book alone, and I cannot over-stress that the vendor accurately described it from the author's notes. Wish I had read the Amazon reviews first!

Very disappointed. Extremely light on pages, extremely light on useful information. Would not recommend, there are much better books and online resources out there.

Horrible book, has nothing in it please don't buy
