Well made!
I received the pans today and I used them right away to make blueberry tarts. They are very well made. True to the seller's claim, the crust did not stick to the pan. Cleanup was easy.

Like that it comes in a 6 pack
I ordered these to teach a class on tarts. They are okay quality. I like the price for what you get. They should hold up for a couple classes.

Good item
I don't bake a lot but needed this item for a party. Worked great but one or two that I left soaking in a bowl got a gray film that wouldn't come off (or the finish was damaged). I don't think that makes them bad - just wash and dry them right away.

they are ok but not sturdy. Three of them arrived misshapen but they acceptable for baking. Might be disposable ones as flimsy. I used them for what I needed them. Have to be babied if one wants to use them again

Because of the movable bottom it is easy to get the food out of these intact
Because of the movable bottom it is easy to get the food out of these intact. We just have used them once and my wife made blueberry tarts - nice alternative presentation to a whole pie. I think they will work nice with anything with a crust you bake in the oven.edit: because we want to use these for tarts, quiches, pizzas, etc, we want the crust to come up to the top of the sides but not hang over the side like a pie does. We are using them for the second time today and making fresh rhubarb tarts. A trick I just figured out is to find a 6 inch bowl (or any round 6 inch item you have) with reasonably sharp edges and use it like a cookie cutter to cut the tart crusts out of the rolled dough. Fits these pans perfectly and makes the crust part pretty fool proof. Bon Appetit

Nice size but thin material
Nice size and easy to use as the bottom helps you a lot to remove the little tarts. The tarts don't really stick as it is un-stick. However the material is pretty thin and a few (2 or 3) bottoms arrive not completely flat. A few have tiny scratches too. It is a pity because when I order them was to use them and did not have time to return them. So just so you know they may arrive not completely flat and with little scratches. I can still use them but not sure they will really stay in long term.... but it is now.

Individual quiches.
I haven't used them yet, but I can't wait to. I love the size, the finish and the way they stack for storage. I think I'm going to have a few grandkids over and let them choose their filing.
