I believe in the science behind this supplement. I take a food based multi vitamin, probiotics, vitamin D and this. I definitely notice if I don’t take my multi or the probiotic. Not sure I can tell a difference when I take this or not. For the price, I’m not likely to order this regularly considering that I’m not feeling a noticeable difference. But it can’t hurt, so if you’re willing to pay $35, then give it a try.

Powerful antioxidant.
Never heard of it before and found it by accident and was impressed with the reviews. So I bought it and it came fairly quickly. I'm detoxing more and exercising better without feeling so winded.
