This is the best strimmer I’ve had, battery last long enough to do all jobs, quickly re charges. So easy to pul the line out and so much lighter than the petrol one is was using 👍 would highly recommend ! 🌟

Cuts well but was heavier than others I've used.Never the less a good product.

Waiting to hear back from customer services to get a replacement. Worked well until battery stopped so hopefully will get resolved.

So easy to use, I now edge every time the lawn is cut. No extensions to unwind or skipping round cables.At medium power setting it easily edges my front and rear garden (average size garden) two or three times between charges. At the high power setting it has cut through whatever I have thrown at it.

Good and bad.The bad.As others have said, the instructions are terrible. But it's a strimmer so it's hardly rocket science.The cutting head is Very difficult to unlock and twist round. There's a knack to it. Hold the strimmer upside down by the cutting head and pull down on the rest of the strimmer. That way it'll release enough to twist the head. Any other way requires superhuman strength and a lot of bad language.Delivery was terrible. I ordered this on Thursday and it was listed to arrive on Saturday. Instead, I had a text from FedEx after close of play on Thursday to say that it would be delivered on Monday! If I'd wanted to wait till Monday I could have bought a cheaper strimmer. I bought this as I needed it for the weekend.Battery life isn't very good on 'turbo' mode. Eco is not bad though. It's still powerful enough to edge a lawn if it's just a little grass to cut. Anything more than a few blades of dry grass and you really need the not at all patronising 'turbo' mode. That sucks power and empties the battery faster than my kids can empty the biscuit jar.The GoodIt's cordless so no wires everywhere.It's got enough power and battery life.to do a small garden.It's quite light. Certainly lighter and easier to use than other battery strimmers I've used.It has a good sized cutting area and despite the wheels, it's no too hard to see what you're cutting.

Doesn’t like overgrown heavy vegetation but seems adequate once growth is under control.
