Great Quality!
These RDX lifting straps are excellent — definitely worth the price. The value for money is great considering the quality of the cotton material. They feel strong, well-made, and built to last through heavy lifting sessions. The durability really stands out — no fraying or slipping even after weeks of use. The comfort is another big plus; the cotton is soft on the wrists and doesn’t dig in like some synthetic straps do. I also like the design — simple, clean, and effective — and the color looks exactly as shown online. They provide a secure grip and make a noticeable difference in performance, especially for deadlifts and pull days. Overall, these are high-quality, durable, and comfortable straps that do exactly what they promise. Highly recommend for anyone serious about lifting!

Good Value
I've used these for years and they hold up well. I like the little bumps for extra grip. Work as intended, and a good value. They're nice and thick, which makes them a bit more comfortable than my other, thinner pair.

Works well (not for small wrists)
It was hard for me to figure out if there was a right/left side. I figured that out eventually, but the product doesn’t indicate that well. It works well, but not for small wrists. I’m a petite woman (5’3” and 120lbs) with tiny wrists and these were too big/bulky

Rubberized Dot Mapping - Great straps for OVERHAND bar wrapping
If you don't know (or "get") the difference between wrapping "under" the bar (or "underhand") vs. "over" the bar (or "overhand"), though your hands are "overhand" in both cases, then this review won't make much sense. If you understand, read on... I got the "rubberized dot mapping" version of these straps... very well-made, love them, they work as advertised... as good or better than the Harbinger straps I've used for decades. For those that don't use or like a lot of lifting chalk when using straps (which can, over time, actually make your straps more slippery), then this rubberized dot mapping is awesome. Now, If you typically wrap "overhand" for things like deadlifts, pulls, shrugs, etc., the dot mapping is fantastic and on the "correct" side of the strap. BUT, if you (like me) prefer to wrap UNDERHAND for overhead lifts like snatches and clean&jerks (so that if you happen to "lose" the bar behind you, the straps will more easily "release" and not lock your hands to the bar and pull you to the platform), then the dot mapping is on the "wrong" side. Now, this can be overcome by simply twisting the strap just under the wrist so that the dot mapping is now on "top" of the strap, but you lose a little of the tight "cinching" at the wrist when you do that. Small price to pay for an otherwise GREAT lifting strap. Just be aware.

You will not regret getting these. My favorite so far
I will say don’t let the stiffness at the beginning try to convince you to return them, these are by far the best they only lasted me about a year and a half before the cotton started getting damaged but I also use these for almost the stack for pull downs and they’ve handled 500+lb deadlifts like a champ. They’re pretty comfortable and fit just like most straps I’ve tried using cobra grips, dmoose straps (with the same anti slip ) and gym reapers and these are still my favorite the dmoose I’d say have a similar grip but are way more harsher on your hands even if your hands are relatively seasoned. Like they almost feel like they’ll rip my skin off before they slip 😭 whereas these they have the same level of grip but don’t try to tear your skin off. Bonus tip I personally love using these by only wrapping around the bar once and then rotating my wrist so they lock in, as well as I don’t get confused on my hand position when wrapping a bunch of times around the bar

Solid Grip & Comfort I’ve been using the RDX Lifting Straps for a while now, and they’ve definitely helped improve my grip during heavy lifts. The quality is solid—durable cotton with reinforced stitching, which gives a secure feel when wrapping around the bar. The neoprene padding adds comfort, preventing any wrist strain, even during high-volume sets. One of the best things about these straps is how easy they are to wrap and adjust. They don’t slip or loosen mid-lift, which is crucial when pulling heavy weights. I’ve used them for deadlifts, rows, and shrugs, and they provide consistent support without feeling bulky. Overall, if you’re looking for reliable, comfortable, and durable lifting straps, RDX is a great choice. Definitely worth it for anyone serious about strength training.
