Awesome Invention
I was impressed with the performance of these mats. The burgers did not stick to the surface yet retained the grill marks. The vegetables did not fall through the grill bars and meat juices and sauces were contained. Everything I grilled looked and tasted great. The mats are versatile due to the fact that meats, seafood and various form of vegetables can be grilled to perfection with complete control. They are the best substitute for aluminum foil. The bonus that comes with these mats is the ease with which I was able to clean them.

My husband purchased these mats one for him and the other for my son. they work so well no big clean up . We just use inside the oven and on the grill and wash.. I would recommend these mats.
