Best Canned Beans and Tomato Brand on market.
The beans are delicious . I use them on salad, or as a side for BBQ Ribs, just by saute of sliced onion, garlic , some BBQ sauce, then add beans. I also buy Carmelina Brand Garbanzo, Cannellini and Butter Beans because this brand adds very little salt , thus each of the bean variety has natural flavor. I also buy several of the Carmelina Brand tomatoes, all delicious.

Delicious and Versatile
I love Carmelina Brands Italian Borlotti Beans! It’s so hard to find cranberry beans in conventional markets, so I was very pleased with my purchase. They’re delicious and are very versatile, going great in so many different types of recipes. My favorite use so far has been using them to make Vegan Baked Beans.

I am a diabetic and always on the lookout for foods with low net carbs. The nutrition labeling on this product claims 6 g of carbs per 1/2 cup serving with 5 g of fiber, for 1 g net carbs per serving. Today I shared this "find" with another diabetic who called my attention to many other sources of nutritional information for this bean which state far higher carb counts. Those considering purchasing this product for its claimed low carb count should do their research before ordering.Since posting my original review, I have contacted the manufacturer. It now says the correct counts are 22 g carbohydrates in 1/3 cup, with 6 g of fiber.

Supposedly keeps you from turning carbohydrates to fat
These are good tasting, good price, good fiber--like pinto beans but bigger. Great nutrition--but the kicker is, some of the famous internet docs claim that this bean keeps your body from turning carbohydrates into body fat! If this is true, what a deal!I drain off the water (in fact, I rinse the beans, which are already cooked). Then I eat them hot or cold, or I mash them and add them to my gluten-free bean chocolate cake to sneak in extra fiber and nutrition.

Happy To Find These Beans!
I have difficulty locating borlotti/cranberry beans and was more than pleased to find them at a reasonable price. These beans are (as their label states) lower in sodium than USA canned beans; you can taste the difference, and I like the lower sodium. I've added them to tossed salad instead of kidney beans - yum!!

Adds to variety of beans, but nothing special
Other reviews gave 5 stars, I can't see the big deal.

I will order again.
Good beans, great flavor, the cans seem a little rusty in places.
