Best flavor and consistency
I could not find this brand (a favorite) in my town; was thrilled to see the case at Amazon. The price is great and arrived in perfect condition.I find the flavor and consistency of these Garbanzos to be superior to many other brands. I use these in cooking, salads, and hummus. The consistency is many brands is unpleasant and mushy. I like them to have a little 'harder' feel for using in salads and cooking. The hummus is where the great flavor is important; using an inexpensive, store-brand, bean will not give you the flavor you are looking for in hummus.I recommend this brand to anyone who likes Garbanzos!

Great tasting and healthy. Garbonzos!!!
I have nothing other than good to say about Carmelina brand beans. I eat a can sometimes two cans a day. The Garbonzos are my favorite. They're perfectly cooked. Tasty, crisp, and they look appetizing. Best part is these are simply Garbonzos and water. No added salt. No added anything. Just beautiful tasty garbonzos.

Best beans ever!
I ordered it not knowing how it would taste but read the great reviews and it was the best brand I ever had in my life!! It's not salted and it's cooked to the right tenderness and the texture is just like my mom used to make overnight!

These look unappetizing. Not as good as other garbonzo beans I can get at the local market for 1/3 the price.
