Best product for macular health

Always read side effects on anything you put in your mouth and swallow.
Used for Dry Macular degeneration. Was using a well know brand for one year, not this one and I became I’ll with a Subdural Hematoma, Congenital because no injury, or fall. I changed my med to this one and so will not know until I see my Dr. In October. I take one soft gel per day of this med.
