Growing strawberries in my conservatory for the first time. Ideal product does not take up too much room and away from the birds.

How do you water it?
When it holds the moisture so that plants either rot in each pot or dry out completely. I contacted the manufacturer via the vendor who suggested putting water in the top ( I don't think they have a grip on the problem)đ

All died
I bought this and filled it with strawberry plants. I noted from other reviews that it tends to dry out so bought irrigation pods to help with extra moisture x didnât work and now my 20 strawberry plants are now dead or dying. Brilliant idea but usekess

Cable not included
Purchased the hanging model. Arrived in a box which could've fit 4 of them and without the hanging cable. Sent message on amazon and the manufacturers website, no response. Not best impressed

very practical but lightweight
Ingenious product that comes in easily manageable sections that click together. Very light weight which makes transporting pieces easier and comes with two metal supports that comprise ring to go between plastic units with bracket to screw to fixed surface. I have put a band of copper tape around each segment to deter slugs. Looks very decorative.
