Bought for my 5 year nephew who LOVES dinosaurs. He was so excited when he opened this up Christmas morning, and has used it as a nightlight ever since. Sadly my sister texted me and said it stopped working. There is no reset button and they tried with just batteries and it still doesn't work. My nephew is so upset that his dino light stopped working. *Update* Company contact me regarding the broken light and offered to replace it. This company has provided excellent customer service from start to finish and even following up to see if we the got the new light. I would definitely order by from this seller again because of their excellent customer service.

This light is awesome but the stand broke. The piece you plug it into broke. Can you just buy the stand somewhere?

Got this for my nephew who loves dinosaurs, and the remote barely works, very chintzy remote. I figured the colors would be much more vibrant as the pictures but they are not. Thankfully he still loves it because he’s three lol!!

Update: The customer service reached out and addressed the issues and sent a replacement. My son was so excited to get his dino light back!Original: My son loved this light and has used it every night since I bought it. Unfortunately, the plug and cord got finicky and when I tried to adjust it, the internal plug broke. Lasted 8 months. And it's not like it as played with. It was kept up on a shelf. Disappointed that I now have to get a new nightlight for my son but he truly did love this one. Hence the 3 stars..

Really cool! My son wanted a dinosaur night light, and I found this and tried it out. It's kind of like a cross between a lamp and a nightlight. It plugs in more like a lamp, but is more like the brightness of a nightlight. But colorful, and cool. The only downside is the packaging isn't exciting. By that I mean, I bought it as a Christmas present, but I realized when I got it that when he unwrapped it he wouldn't know what it was, which makes it a boring Christmas gift. I ended up giving it to him a couple weeks later when he lost his first tooth. He kept trying to take it to bed with him. It's kind of bright to put on the bed next to your face, so I made him leave it on the nightstand. The remote is awesome, because there are so many options of colors and color fades, and blinking, etc. It is hard for him to get it to work from a distance though, because he keeps trying to point it at the dinosaur and not the small black base it sits on.

I bought these for my son who loves dinosaurs and cool technology. We love them so far, and they definitely look 3D, some more than others. The ones that are cut closer to the Dino appear more 3D, and the velociraptor (is that what it is?) appears less so due to the acrylic border not cut as close around the Dino. The darker the room, the more 3D they look. There are so many colors and patterns, it kept my kids entertained for a while today! Will definitely be looking to add more shapes to this soon! The only thing I would change is adding a screw to the battery compartment on the remote so it can’t be as easily opened. It’s a button battery remote and I have toddlers so I prefer the extra security on the few button battery items we have. I ended up wrapping in packing tape just for my own peace of mind. Not a deal breaker at all, but a heads up for any other toddler / small child parents that may have the same button battery concerns as I do.

I bought this for my 9 year old nephew because he's obsessed with dinosaurs. I decided to open the box and get it ready for him because the box was a little unimpressive and I didn't want him to be underwhelmed. I'm so glad I did because the product is AWESOME!!!!! So only 1 dinosaur is viewable at a time, which is no big deal. The remote control offers a wide range of colors, flashing and diming options which you'll need 2 AAA batteries to operate. There is a USB cord that can be powered via any type of connection or you can insert 3 AA batteries in the base, which I did. There's also a on/off button on the base which you need to old down for two second to turn off, otherwise the devise will stay on flashing different colors. I felt that by setting it up first would help add to the excitement for when he opened it up and I'm so glad I did. You can go wrong w/this item.

It’s cool but the batteries run out very quickly and and the do not have a it’s to plug into the wall. The charger cord that comes with it is not very long at all.

Used as nightlight for child. Easy to assemble and a five-year-old can easily manage the remote control aa well as carefully change the three different dinosaur designs. Can even adjust the brightness of each colour. The red provides a lovely warm glow to go to sleep to.Great gift for a Dino-mad wannabe palaeontologist!As described and prompt delivery.

The remote control is a bit flimsy and my son managed to break it pretty quickly but he just controls it on the unit instead.When lit up in a dark room it looks really good.My son used his birthday voucher to buy it and he's really pleased with his purchase.

Zur Inbetriebnahme wird ein 5V Netzteil oder 3 AA-Batterien benötigt. Beides sucht man leider vergebens.Optisch macht das Licht schon einiges her. Die Platten sind leicht zu tauschen, so das sie schnell mal gewechselt werden können, wenn die Kinder sich an einem der Dinos mal sattgesehen haben. An der Lichteinheit befindet sich eine einzige Taste über die sich das Licht selbst EIN/AUS schalten lässt. Farbwechsel sind über diese Taste ebenfalls möglich, jedoch nur eine eingeschränkte Farbauswahl.Die typische Standard Fernbedienung, die gefühlt bei jeden günstigen LED-Stripe dabei liegt, verfügt über die gängigsten Lichtmodi. Neben 16 verstellbaren Farben auch Flash, Strobe, Fade und Smooth Modus. Dimmen lässt sich das Licht ebenfalls per Fernbedienung. Hier muss ich allerdings einen Stern abziehen. Haben die Lampe behalten das sie trotz allem um unserem Sohn sehr gut gefällt.
