These capsules go down smoothly. Been using this product for 4 years! Easy on the stomach. Each capsule is 1000mg.

I won't know how these are working for sure until at least 30 days. It takes about that long for your body to adjust to vitamins. The capsules are huge and what I would suggest for anyone who has a hard time swallowing large capsules, is to dump the contents into a smoothie or orange juice. You will reap optimum benefits from doing it that way and you will still be able to absorb all of the potency. There is no taste, so you don't have to worry about that.

Encontrar una dosis correcta de vitamina c que alcanzará los 2 mg no es común a menos que te tengas que tomar muchas pastillas. Con este suplemento encontré la manera de alcanzar la dosis que corresponde con sólo tomar dos pastillas a un costo que en realidad vale la pena . Llevo dos compras del mismo suplemento y ya pedí mi tercero . Funciona no tiene efectos secundarios a nivel estomacal, cápsulas fácil de tragar y se siente la diferencia a nivel inmunológico al estar tomando este suplemento . Me encanta la calidad y los componentes puros de este suplemento.

Beware...!!! False Description...!!! They Did change the pills and the amount of Vit C per pill... !!!I have been taking these pills for many years, each pill used to contain 1.500mg of Liposomal vitamin C times 90 pills, or the equivalent of 135 total grams of vitamin C per bottle. Now they have cleverly decreased by 33% the content on each pill, at the same time that they double the number of pills to complete a dose.With all these changes the unsuspected consumer might think that the number of pills went from 90 to 120 and the milligrams from 1.500mg to 2.000mg, when in reality you used to get 135 grams of product per bottle and now you only get 120 grams. In addition to these deceptive tricks, the price now is even higher. If they don't lower the price below u$15.99 I am never buying this product again, there are Much, Much better alternatives out there...!!!Pd: It was not even necessary to change the dosage, 1.5gm per pill was perfectly fine, they just lost a client that was taking 3.000mg daily in two pills... or 8 bottles per year... Bye bye “Fresh Nutrition”... you’ve gotten a little too fresh for me....!!!!! Bye
