I bought these for my dogs to help with the heat. Most of them don't like the electric clippers. These combs really do thin out their fur easily enough. I even use the extra one on my legs and underarms when I'm being lazy and in a hurry. It doesn't get a close shave like with a razor, but at my age I really don't care. The combs themselves feel cheap, but considering the price tag I think they're worth it. They've held up to 3 large dogs, 1 small dog and a cat just fine. The blade does get hair and dandruff under it, a quick take apart and cleaning sets it right again. Comes with extra blades when they dull.

They are garbage. The blades rusted after a few uses.

You have to be careful not to get wild and take off too much hair! But I do like them for when my bangs get too long and shaggy and I can’t get them cut. They work great for the price and their are videos you can watch on them.

These are great for maintaining my pixie in between barber visits. Very easy to use.

Disappointed, my cat is officially geriatric and has lots of matted fur bits. This is definitely not sharp enough to even make any difference. The concept is great, the actual product is unsuccessful. I tried it on my own hair (I need a haircut) it requires holding my hair and practically sawing action to cut it. I have very fine hair (unfortunately). The fact it was hard to cut mine says a lot.

Works well and great for low cut hair and beards.
