Stored next to garlic at some point in its journey.If you've ever wondered what garlic tastes like with Kava... don't. Don't even think about it. Utterly disgusting, but decent effects. Probably just had bad luck, but I don't want to reorder in case they make a habit of this.

I’ve had numerous Kava powders over the course of 5 years. I’ve had some good, some bad and some absolutely amazing. Sadly here in NY my main shop had temporarily halted sales of powder by the pound. Looking for something quick I found this and my God, it wasn’t worth it even if the cost was $5. The taste is terrible, I can do the Kava taste bad I’ve drank it so long the taste no longer bothers me but this was bad. There are absolutely ZERO standard feelings associated with drinking kava. Like I could drink 64oz in one sitting or over the span of the day and I’d have no idea I even drank it. I hope someone reads this review prior to making the mistake I did and purchasing this solely based off it being a one day delivery and me being out of my normal product. If I could give 0 stars even that wouldn’t be enough to urge anyone how bad this product truly is.

Tastes,smells and acts nothing like kava??I use kava daily for several years I've tried lots of types and brands...this has to be 90%dirt and 10% kava root 🤷

Taste like crap. Only sent me 1 bag not the 2 I ordered. Don't buy.

I'm a daily kava drinking. This is a VERY heavy kava. Do not underestimate it. I think it would pair well with a lawena for a good nights sleep. On it's own it's very sedating but doesn't put me too sleep. You will be IN the couch. Trust me.
