Take at night by morning you will have to go

I took one pill at night.. come morning I went to the bathroom a couple times, felt off, a little dizzy/shakey, and very mild flu like symptoms throughout the day, including a headache. I dont think i drank enough water. I’m going to wait a few days and try this again. Definitely works, but maybe a little too strong for me. Will update !

I’ve been struggling with being a human jet pack for years!!! Nothing helped. Probiotics, prebiotics, oregano oil, digestive enzymes. So this is decent. I had a better experience detoxing with the pure liquid version. Sure the take of the liquid is bitter. But the results are far better than these pills.
